Pass Fire & Rescue (SPFR) and Eastside Fire & Rescue (ESFR) are
in the process of determining whether it would make sense for SPFR
to join the ESFR partnership. Some of the documents that are being
used for this evaluation are included here: ••••••••••••••••••••• Snoqualmie Pass Fire & Rescue currently uses dispatches through Eastside Communications through an existing contract. Eastside Communications is a major partner in part of an initiative that, if approved, would consolidate their communication services into the new agency which would be manage by a number of public entities. This means that Snoqualmie Pass Fire & Rescue will need to plan an alternative to its current dispatching services. Snoqualmie Pass is considering joining the new Norcom agency as a primary partner and will be considering a resolution to join Norcom at its September, 2007 meeting.
